the location was convenient enough, near knob hill..
i found some real problems . the air conditioner blew dusty air and its cover fell off, so i saw just how dirty it was inside. i suspect a filter change was overdue. another issue arose when the front desk refused to reactivate my wife's access card after i'd extended our stay online, an action i found quite frustrating.

The location is quite convenient near bus stops. I found the staff to be warm and accommodating. The room included a coffee maker, which i appreciated. The pool was also a nice amenity.

The location was REALLY convenient. A cable car was just around the corner. Public transportation was within walking distance. The hotel provided a clean and well-organized environment. The rooms offered all necessary amenities and felt spacious. I appreciated the steamer, iron, and ironing board provided in the room. A mini fridge was available, and there was also a safe in the closet.
The room only had one drawer available for clothing storage. The Keurig machine took up valuable drawer space. The key card access to the floors was inconsistent. I found this frustrating.
